We have a stock for ISO 4026 - 4027 - 4028 & 4029 with a wide range: from M1.6 up to M48. Our DIN 906 & 908 Pipe Plugs are cold forged from M6 up to M14 or 1/16” - 1/2” then turned with modern CNC machines up to M60 or 2”. Coatings are not a problem to solve, because we keep in stock. We exactly know how quality is important during the execution of Automotive parts, this is the reason why we’ve done huge investments in Quality Research focused on Automotive needs. Thanks to new Cold Forging and CNC process machines we have reached an elevated quality standard, but Quality Sorting Facility is also available. Lot numbers are all managed by software, traceability guaranteed for 10 years from production. Upon request lot number can be traced on every singlepart by laser mark.
Our Technical Dept. is always at your disposal to analyze your customized parts. For every single lot we provide a sample before starting massive production, in order to prevent mistakes. Our Pressure Plugs are tested one by one, and manufactured following high quality standard.
